Welcome to the NIYFA Affiliation, Insurance and Cup Entry registration system. These are the steps to complete:

**For NIYFA Cup Entries ONLY - Please have all your manager contact details to hand before starting the registration process**

STEP1 - Club Information

Club Information – Please note that registration will be separate for Male/Mixed Gender Teams & Female Teams.

Complete the general club and contact details.

STEP2 - LEAGUE - Affiliation and Insurance

Add in the number of teams and age groups to be affiliated and insured (fees are inclusive of both affiliation and insurance).

STEP 3 - SMALL SIDED GAMES ENTRY

Add in the number of teams and age groups for Small Sided Games Entry.

STEP 4 - CUP ENTRY

Add in the number of teams and age groups for Cup Entry.
Clubs making multiple entries in the same age group to the NIYFA Cup will be required to enter the Comet ID number each entry – not required for single entry teams.

STEP 5 - SUMMARY

Check the details that have been entered. Then click Pay.

STEP 6 - PAYMENT

You will be redirected to the GoCardless payment processing screen. Complete the details and submit it.

Note: The payment screen has "Set up a Direct Debit with NIYFA" text at the top. Ignore this text. It will be a one-off bank transfer payment.
If your club normally pay by Cheque, Cash or BACS please contact gerry@niyfa.co.uk or william@niyfa.co.uk do not use this online registration.
